Fish stock Stocks made at Home
100 g Dried anchovies
1 liter of water
1. Wash the anchovies properly to remove the salt. Drain and set aside.
2. Bring the water to the boil. Add the dried fish and let it simmer over low flame. Cover the pot with a lid
3. Simmer for about half an hour
4. Strain the stock and allow to cool before using. Freeze the rest in ice cube trays.
5. You may choose to use fish bones or fish meat to
prepare the stock as they contain no sodium, especially
viable for babies below a year old.
