Fish and spinach porridge

A few tablespoons white rice/brown rice

Fresh white fish (Haddock, cod or any other variety)

Spinach leaves

1. Wash rice and drain. Bring some water to boil in a pan, add the rice and cook over low flame. Let it simmer for ½ an hour. Stir frequently to prevent porridge from burning.

2. Debone the fish and make small slices. Wash spinach and chop into small pieces.

3. In the last five minutes before porridge is ready, add the fish and spinach. Remove porridge from stove when the fish and vegetable are cooked (both don't take long to cook). Mix well and dish out into baby's bowl. Allow the porridge to cool slightly before serving to your baby.

This duet offers your baby essential vitamins and minerals
